Here are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding seminar.

  • Once my application is submitted, am I automatically confirmed for seminar?"
    No. Once approved, you will need to complete our registration form and receive a confirmation email from LES.
  • If I just show up at seminar, will I be allowed to stay?"
    No. Only pre-registered participants are allowed to attend.
  • Do I have to attend all 3 days?
    Yes. LES is a 3-day commitment. It runs daily from 8:30am to 12:00pm in its entirety.
  • What do I do about childcare?
    If you need assistance with childcare, we recommend you contact Childcare Research & Referral at (760) 725-9723 or The Fisher Center at (760) 725-0825. LES does not reimburse for childcare or travel costs.
  • Is there a dress code for seminar?
    Yes. Our dress code is Business Casual. We ask that you refrain from wearing denim, shorts, tank tops or flip flops. The image on the right shows some of our Fall 2019 LES Participants dressed in Business Casual attire.
  • Covid Guidlines?
    Covid Restrictions will be followed, as per base guidelines
